30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We have strict quality control standards to ensure all products arrive undamaged. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, we are happy to assist you in returning a brand new, unused item.

We recommend that you inspect the package immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, missing parts, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so we can handle it promptly. If the return is due to the consumer's own fault, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific shipping cost depends on the courier company you choose. If the damage to the goods or inaccurate product information is due to our responsibility, the consumer will not be responsible for the resulting shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges Guidelines

To simplify the return and exchange process as much as possible, please follow these guidelines:

1. Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the goods to obtain return authorization and a return address. We will not accept returns without authorization from customer service.

2. We only accept return requests due to product quality issues. Slight color and size differences may occur with the products; please understand that this is unavoidable.

3. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and padding. We will refuse returns if the item shows obvious signs of wear or is stained with cosmetics, deodorant, perfume, or other similar stains.

4. Please send the item back through your local post office to avoid taxes and fees, and include a completed return authorization form in the return package. Customers assume all risk of loss or damage during transit, so please keep your tracking number safe for future reference. Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

5. Upon receiving the returned package, we will send an email notification and arrange an exchange or refund within 7 business days.
